Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The House Of Tees. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email/SMS,
  • tracking details, and
  • courier partner information.

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • courier service disruptions,
  • weather conditions,
  • public holidays,
  • operational delays,
  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

The House Of Tees shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect address,
  • incomplete address,
  • failed delivery attempts, or
  • customer unavailability,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and orders.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit COD availability,
  • reject high-risk COD orders, or
  • request prepaid payment for certain orders.

8. Damaged Package During Delivery

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • please do not accept the package,
  • or record an unboxing video immediately after receiving it.

Contact our support team within 48 hours with relevant photos/videos for assistance.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping depending on availability. Customers are advised to contact us before placing international orders.

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes, and
  • local charges applicable in their country.
