Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at π§ support@thehouseoftess.in or via our Contact Us page.

Once the order is processed/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are made-to-order and belong to the streetwear/fashion category, we currently do not accept returns for refunds.
However, we do accept size exchanges or defective product exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at π§ support@thehouseoftess.in with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under these circumstances:

The product is out of stock after youβve placed an order.

You received a damaged or defective item, and replacement is not possible.

Wrong product delivered.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Discounted/Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
