Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The House of Tees, we value your trust and strive to give you the best shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at 📧 support@thehouseoftess.in or via our Contact Us page.

• Once the order is processed/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are made-to-order and belong to the streetwear/fashion category, we currently do not accept returns for refunds.
However, we do accept size exchanges or defective product exchanges under the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

2. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

3. Only one exchange is allowed per order.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at 📧 support@thehouseoftess.in with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under these circumstances:

• The product is out of stock after you’ve placed an order.

• You received a damaged or defective item, and replacement is not possible.

• Wrong product delivered.

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Discounted/Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Personalized or custom-made products.
